How to use Web Print.
The following file types are supported for WebPrint:

Microsoft Excel: xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx
Microsoft PowerPoint: pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx
Microsoft Word: doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf
PDF: pdf
Picture Files: bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff
XPS: xps

1. Visit and log in with your single sign-on credentials.
2. Select "Web Print" from the left navigation pane.
3. Click the "Submit a Job>>” link.
4. Under Printer Name, select desired queue denoting color and side options.
5. Click the “2 Print Options and Account Selection>>” button in the lower right.
6. Indicate the number of copies needed for the submitted document (the default is 1 copy).
7. Click the “3 Upload Documents>>” button in the lower right.
8. Review the acceptable file types then select the “Browse…” button to locate a file to submit and then click "Open" to complete your selection.
9. Click the “Upload and Complete>>” button in the lower right to upload your file(s).

To Release your Queued Print Jobs:
1. Swipe your SUOne Card at any campus copier
2. Select the "Yes" option to complete your login
3. All queued jobs will begin printing (if other printing is in progress, you may need to wait for your content)

Please Note: All WebPrint and FollowYou submitted jobs will expire ("Timed out waiting in hold/release queue") after 12 hours if not retrieved.  There is no charge to your account for an expired print job.
